Keg at the brewery, 4/26/23. Clear gold, large white head, good retention. Aroma of earth, green hops, pale doughy malt. Taste is green and lemony hops, pale malt. Could be crisper. Well balanced. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Clear pale hold with white head. Malty, quite clean, vague bitterness in finish. Easy drinkable.

Tap at Eurisko Brewing Company, Asheville. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, some hay, some straw and malts. Pretty good! Best german style beer I had during my 6 days Asheville holiday.
