Dimpled mug at the brewery - clear gold - nicely dry, with a floral and grassy bitterness and a slight mineral bite that compliments the hop bitterness - clean and enjoyable.

On tap at the brewery. Clear golden with white head. Malty, grainy, quite strong herbal bitterness in after. Not super easy drinkable. Dry.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grass and straw with a touch of earthy hay underlying. Flavor has a bit more grass but is mainly hay with a touch of straw.
