Bottle thanks to Rick. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head. The aroma is strong oak and grape skin. Thin mouth with nice sour grape, wine, oak, tart finish. Really enjoyed this one.

375mL bottle, sent from robloc303 (thanks a lot, Rob), pours a cloudy golden orange with a tiny white head - just some bubbles really. Aroma isn't the strongest, but the subtle notes are very pleasant, giving off notes of wild yeasts, grape skins, and white wine. Flavour is very potent, bringing out lots of dusty tart green grapes, tons of souring bacteria, and dry white wine. Very sour, vinous and slightly vinegary on the finish, as well as a bit acidic. ABV is no where to be found. Decent stuff, but the acidity is a bit much.

Bottle - thanks Brewthusiast! Pours clear light amber with a small white head that dissipates quickly to a ring. Decent lacing. Aroma is oak, Brett, vinous, barnyard. Flavor is fruity and oaky, initially sweet but drying out quickly. Pretty decent tartness comes on strong in the middle. Lemon, oak tannins, fruit (grapes), and funk all play together. Some tannic oaky astringency lingers to the finish along with puckering sourness. Medium body, pretty flat carbonation. Tasty tasty tasty; possibly my favorite from Crooked Stave so far.

Bottle at TSODRSG 13. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sourness, malt, fruit, white wine . Flavour is sourness, malt, fruit, oak, white wine. Nice beer.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ The Danish Summer Gathering, TSODRBSG13 ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, virtually none lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy tart, grapes, white wine, light barnyard and wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, brett, white wine, wood, dry, manure, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130831]

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2013. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Funk, manuer, oak, brett and fruit. Dry, tart and quite complex. Nice.

Bottle @ TSODRBSG13, Ulfborg. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, white wine and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 310813
