Tried the bottle in NaVigli Craft Beer and the draft one at Picobrew. Malty, chocolate, touch of coffee, roasted, Some bread. Moderate sweetness with very dry and bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Liked the draft one better than bottle.

On tap @ Macao Beer Day 2016, Milano. Il gusto al naso riconosce cuoio e frumento. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini ha una discreta resistenza. Il colore è ebano. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è medio. È presente anche un accenno di umami. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è felpato, secco e pulito. Il palato riporta percezioni di miele, cioccolato, frutta secca, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.
