We've teamed up with the top folks at Freestyle Hops in NZ for this silky soft, fruity DIPA designed to put that wiggle in your walk & giggle in your talk. Built on our smooth malt base & fermented with London Ale III yeast for a full body & aromatic hop interactions. We used Freestyle's Motueka & Rakau in the dry hop which gives notes of soft peach, white gooseberry & poached pear. Sumptuous yet elegant the NZ hops shine bright with layers of evolving complexity, finishing with tantalisingly soft bitterness & moreish nectarine undertones.
