We proudly present to you MOURNING STAR, our freshly packaged Dry Hopped Saison. This beer pours with a beautiful straw colored haze and a full and fluffy white head. Brewed with additions of ginger and lime and dry hopped post fermentation with Motueka hops, this beer will provide a rich and complex experience while most importantly being uncompromisingly refreshing and quenching. Upon pouring, you will be met with tropical fruit and citrus with undertones of Saison funk. The taste will follow the nose with flavors of candied ginger, mojito lime, & a subtle pepper finish… a truly clean and delicious beer drinking experience.

Can at home. Yellow pour and huge soapy white head. Ode is ginger and citrus and hay. Tastes of grass, hay, lemon, lime, ginger, cloves, airheads candy. Refreshing palate.
