Draft at brewery. Good pour and fuzzy white head. Nose is fruity and yeasty. Tatses of Belgian orange candy, yeast, white wine, water crackers. Fluffy texture.

16 ounce at the brewery - hazy gold with a pretty pillowy head - really nicely dry and floral, with a nice mix of grassy Saaz, some lemony character, pepper on the tail end - this is complimented well by moderate spiciness from the belgian yeast - thrown some brett in this and you'd probably have a pretty sick Orval clone - tasty.
