MORE THAN WELCOME is our 5.3% Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen. Brewed with a grist composed Malted Wheat and 2Row Barley, lightly hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops and fermented with a classic yeast strain from Munich.
Cloudy in appearance, with a persistent, dense head. Soft on the palate with the signature banana / clove flavor combo, and the most refreshingly dry finish. Perfect for the warm weather!

Not sure why I bought this with a few other wheats already in my sixer but it grabbed me for whatever reason. Not prettiest pour but second glass loooked better. Murky orange and half finger head. Nose is coriander and banana. Tatses the same banana, cloves, coriander, wheaty, sweet oranges, hint of anise. Medium bodied. Sweet finish.
