CZECH PALE LAGER / 4% ALC BY VOL / After months in the tank we are proud to debut KVIDERA! We decocted this beer with a grist of floor malted bohemian pilsner, and hopped it with Saaz & Mouteka. From there we fermented it cold and spunded it to build a natural carbonation while it lagered for a couple of months. This beer is crispy as hell and crushable, so crushable that we’re surprised we had any left in the tank after all the times the team tried it for “quality control”.
