Bock season for sure with cold and rain lately. Football and cooking brew. Chocolate colored and little clear. Nose is earth and rootbeer. Tastes of caramel, earth, rootbeer, tobacco, cocoa nibs. Lively palate. Very nice.

Can pour from Andover Classic Wines. Appearance is pretty clear ruby red with nice sparkle, finger-width beige head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong molasses, earthy malt and mild fruit. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, pretty and strong aroma and flavors. A tad over carbonated. Good.
