Our take on the traditional Kolsch, first brewed in Koln, Germany, offers a fantastic golden pale color with a soft mouth feel. Brewed using traditional German style Pilsner malts and single hopped with Hallertauer Blanc, a distinctive yet modern version of the classic hop Hallertauer. Crisp noble hop flavors, with somewhat fruity, venous aromas shine from the malt and hop combination. We patiently lagered this beer for 47 days, until we felt the balance and perfection that it ultimately achieves today.
