750ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, thick, firm, forthy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Intense, mildly funky, yeasty herbal-spicy and minimally yeasty fruity, grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy aroma, minimally spicy, wheaty and pale malty background, hints of brine, mustard seed, dill, a touch of grapefruit zest, white pepper. Taste is mildly tart, dry, slightly lactic, yeasty spicy and mildly funky, slightly grassy and zesty, citrusy hoppy, hints of mild sauerkraut, grapefruit peel, citric acid, a touch of brine, weak yeasty fruity hints of unripe mirabelle nectarine. Watery but not thin, rather foamy texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation. Immensely rich and intense for its low abv, well balanced, very refreshing - topnotch.

At Snallygaster. Poured a mostly clear golden-yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma was big citrus. Grapefruit zesty, light gran, yeasty notes. Pleasant.

Lots of grapefruit and citrus. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Light tangy finish. Tap at Snally.
