From old tasting notes. The cheapest beer I ever drank. Cost about $4.75 for a case of 16 ounce returnable bottles. Poured a clear pale gold color. Small bubbly white head. Malty sour crab apple aroma. Tangy light malt flavor is quite lacking. No hops to speak of. A cheap beer that promises nothing and delivers just that.

From a 16 oz returnable long neck bottle, how cool is that in america? Of course its pale yellow and it has the typical cheap lager aroma, but in a good way. Taste is not bad, some hints of hay and the like. Decent carbonation. Refreshing lager with not many ill effects. Nice rather friendly finish without any bitterness per se but there is a slight hint of industrialness in there.
