Poured from an East End growler that was filled yesterday. The bottle had a layer of gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Very attractive bouquet. Color of a very good hazy wheat beer, perhaps light beige for lack of a better description. Even tho this stuff is hazy, it has continuous streams of carbonation readily visible. No head. Taste is mild and pleasing, however, it lacks the amount of sourness I was somehow expecting. But I must say, there is an interesting mild tartness about it. I also detect a tad of saltiness, as if it had a tad of seawater in it! No bitterness what so ever can be detected in this gentleman of a brew. Fun and friendly, goes down way too easy. Good tingly carbonation but not at all over the top in fizziness. Finish? What finish? Oh, blast the growler is empty! I really like lower alky session brews and Scott at East End is the king of session brews, good job, once again, my friend! Simply lovely!
