(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2017) Pale amber colour with brief, bubbly head. Fruity nose with honey, grass, meadowsweet and forest. Fruity, vinous taste with notes of honey, meadowsweet, grass and a dry, vinous finish with a bitter-sweet touch. Almost full body, quite dry. Tasty and interesting with hints of herbs and forest. Quite nice.

Bottled. Hazy ambr, small head. Intensely spicy nose where meadowsweet is evident. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Spicy peppery honey, meadowgrass dominates. Elegant and complex.

Bottle. A hazy golden drink with a small, off-white head. The aroma has some honey, in a fruity, flowery way. Spruce hints. Alcohol too, both in aroma and flavor, with a certain warmth. Sweetness, honey, flowers and heather. Pine cones. It’s full bodied and soft on the palate, semi-sweet. Honey dominated finish. Well, sure drinkable, but nothing interesting going on. 151114
