One malt, one hop Kolsch style beer. Light golden pale in color, crisp and refreshing perle hop character that lingers nicely on the taste buds.
Pronounced Perl-Ay the Perle Necklace is a seasonal brew, a Spring beer usually tapped in March.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear gold body that supports a near white head. The mild aroma offers up malts and a faint floral to spicy hoppiness. The taste delivers soft citrus hops that have a cotton candy sensation for a moment or two before it plows into spicy and floral hoppy nicely restrained bitterness. The malts create a pleasing balance to the fresh crisp hoppiness with a cracker like malt sensation. This is a Pilsner I could drink and drink as it is peppy, crisp, fresh and refreshingly hoppy. One of the best Pilsner I’ve had (where usually this style is brewed up far too sweet).
