It pours with a dark murky mahogany colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma pushes up big and bold coffee and coffee oils and as it warms it starts to reveal dark roasted malts, some burnt malts and then a rush of cinnamon and winter spices. In the background are murmurs of fresh organic earthy smelling pumpkin meat. The taste is similar with big oily dark roasted coffee blended nicely with spicy dark Belgian candy sugars. To midway it gets more spicy with winter spices like cinnamon notes sliding into earthy pumpkin meat. Darn nice winter sipper.
