Bottle 75 cl. Golden color. Aroma: noble wildness, peach with a stone, sour, complex, white wine, very interesting. Sour taste, moderately wild, fermented peach, very good and complex.

Bottle pour at Weldwerks Invitational 2019. Cloudy golden, white head. Fruity, peach, barrel, oak, funk, medium+ sourness. Medium bodied.
