L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera apprezzabile.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, rather hazy, with very fine white foam. Aroma is citrus and somehow resinous. Body is definitely dense, quite sticky, average carbonation. Taste is very intensely bitter, though with some sweetness base. Final is long and bitter.

Tap at BNO in Sassari-Italy. Cloudy dark golden color, medium white foam. Nose: floral, a bit of an amber malts sweet feel. Mouth: more feel of cara malts, little signs of oxidation, tart aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Birrivico, Como
Hazy blond color with large frothy aroma. The aroma is very skunky, a lot of grapes, inviting the IPA drinker to dive into it. Soft mouthfeel, delicate malt profile, a bit on the sweet side, with strong bitterness, the hop has some herbaceous character, resiny too, a bit skunky, not much fruit. Overall, balanced and with a good alcohol management.
Very good IIPA, I’m glad to have found the first modern IIPA from Italy!
