We brewed a refreshing gose that's both tart and slightly salty, then conditioned it on bushels & bushels of diced cucumbers.
It's a garden in a glass... with a playful pickle splash.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has tons of cucumber skins and plenty of saline. Flavour is crisp and dry, with dry cucumber skins, saline, and a dry, crisp finish. Clean and drinkable but that's it.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear pale blonde with a minimal white head. Tons of cucumber and salt on the nose. Flavour has cucumber and salt; slightly tart. Does what it says on the box; fairly unexciting.

Poured from the tap @ HoF. Clear pale blonde with minimal white head. Cucumber, feint tartness, a bit bland. Uninteresting.
