We hopped with with locally grown Centennial from Four Star Farms; we taste cereal malt, jasmine, lemon zest, and bread dough. Super refreshing yet complex enough to keep you interested in another.

Draft at City Tap. I’ve been enjoying rice lagers when I can find them. Gold slight haze and small soapy head. Nose is grainy and yeasty and floral. Tatses of some perfume, dough, light rice, honey dew, and honey. Crisp enough. Dry finish.
