Anyone who lives in the Upper Valley is familiar with the Prouty event put on by The Friends of the Norris Cotton Cancer Center and the incredible work it does for cancer research funding. Not being content to stand on the sidelines, we wanted to thrust ourselves into their fundraising efforts to forward their noble cause. As such, we’ll be donating 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this beer to help fund their cause. This refreshing Summer IPA is meant to be enjoyed in the warm weather with good company.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt yellow cloudiness; two finger white foamy head slid off mildly to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemon/apricot hoppy tones with light sweet to zesty grassy hops; light crackery malts
Flavor: bittersweet juicy to zesty hop tastes; subtle aftertaste of apricots, lemons and zesty hoppiness
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; hop zest strolls along my tongue; finishes crisp and juicy
Overall: nice flavorful Summer slammer of a session IPA, of course I would come back to and probably drink right out of the can the next time.
