Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an opaque almost milky white with a dense white head. Citrusy and bretty nose, very yeasty. Light body, very dry - almost astringent - with a massive yeastiness and a very bitter finish. 060413

Bottle. Pours yellow gold with big gushing fluffy white head. Nose and taste of farmhouse and wild yeast, soured rice cakes, lightly toasted artisan bread, lemongrass, horse blanket, white sugar, peppercorns and lightly spiced malt. Body on the lighter side of medium. Great session beer. A bit overcarbonated. Finishes bone dry but not abrasive.

Pours light gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Sourdough and funk aromas. Dry with sweet caramel and sourdough upfront turning to marshmallow and band-aids before the lasting bitter earth finish.

Poured from a bottle at zwanze day thanks to someone in RB crew for purchasing. Pours golden with frothy white head. Nose is pretty funky indeed. Tastes of Brett, floral, oranges, earth, and barnyard. A tart sourness and extremely drying. Fun brew

Smells really odd. Smells like a funky wheat or funky farmhouse. You can detect the PBR in this but theres a lot of savagery with the brett to spicen things up. High carbonation, very bitter at the end. Pours blond with some suddy top. Kind of like a saison while being something else entirely. Tap at Blue Monk.

1 finger head, cloudy straw color. Smell is peppery and has this bretty smell as well. Getting some european hops and hay and wheat. Taste is peppery and more of the same level of smell. Some honey as well.
