A ’Post Prohibition’ style ale brewed with Pilsner malt, corn, and rice.. hopped at 2lbs per BBL with Cluster, Northern Brewer, and Saaz.. and oh, yeah.. fermented with a farmhouse yeast and 3 strains of Brettanomyces (from our friend Chad at Crooked Stave) to weigh in at 4.5% ABV.. ’Always’ ;7

Bottle. Pale golden/straw beer with a big white head. Tart/brett aroma with grain and light earth and tropical fruit. Tart and grain flavor with some frutiiness. Medium bodied. Grain and tartness lingers with earthiness and spice. Finishes dry.

On tap and listed as stillwater premium pilsner (saison style) so I guess this is where she goes. From the start this was a really fun beer. Cloudy almost white perhaps light vanilla color. The bar called it a pilsner and its listed as a specialty grain but I think its a saison. Very uncivilized and farmy all over. Funky back yard after a green grass rain overwhelms. Quite entertaining fer sure. This was an unexpected pleasure floating around in a sesspool of ipa taps, wew. Easy and friendly finish, just the right amount of tartness to make you wonder if it was there or not. Yes, overall fun beer experience, thanks!

3oz pour is a hazy gold with a creamy white head. Nose is mild, floral, lightly grassy. Flavor is sweet, bitter, grassy, lemons. You could drink a million of these. Medium bodied, smooth and super drinkable.

Lemon zest and horseblanket aroma. Cloudy yellow, thin head. flavor is the same as the aroma, but magnified. Superior balance, perfect level of funk. Finishes with just the impression of blue vein cheese.

Draft. Cloudy golden yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of straw, lemonpepper, hay. Taste is sour pink grapefruit, lemon peel, light spice. Very impressive for a 4.5% beer.
