A classic Festbier brewed with a variety of classic German malts and hops. Medium body, refreshing finish, with notes of toffee, graham cracker, citrus, and spice.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: dark amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet caramel/toffee malts, woody spice, light earthy tones and a little bit of diacetyl
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine malty to earthy sweet quality; finishss malty with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, great smoothness
Overall: this might be closer to a Marzen but there's nothing wrong with that and I didn't mind that little bit of diacetyl.
