Brewed with Pilsner & Vienna malts, and confidently hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Hallertau Blanc and Saphir. Fermented with our house lager yeast. A kiss of Hallertau Blanc in the conditioning tank for good measure. Unfined and unfiltered. We taste sweet malt, fresh cut grass, white grape, and hop candy. A touch more bitterness than our "classic" pilsner, Transferable Skillsets. An absolute DELIGHT of a beer!

Can at home. Never heard of these fellas. Felt guilty drinking a NY beer while root for Celts over Nets in game one so quickly switched to Mass brew. Dirty golden and foamy white head. Nose is yeasty and some citrus. Tastes of dough, orange, bubblegum, some herbs. Chewy palate. Not all that crisp or zippy for style. Still pleasant though
