A light crushable beer blended with a year old wine barrel aged saison. low bitterness, moderate acidity with a thirst quenching back bone of rye, spelt, and oat malts for a little nut and spice character. Lightly tart, oak, and funky.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Tons of paint thinner on the nose — that’s yeast gone wrong. Flavour is perfumey as hell, with too much perfumey paint thinner, acetone, and gentle white wine. Acetic, perfumey mess. Needs serious work.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Tons of acetone on teh nose. Flavour is also an acetone bomb. Slimy mouthfeel. This is absolutely horrendous.
