A dark and decadent Multigrain Stout. Brewed with Flaked Oats, Malted Wheat, Chocolate Rye, Raw Buckwheat, along with freshly Roasted Barley from the fine folks at Valley Malt. A luscious and velvety mouthfeel provides balance by tempering flavors of bitter cocoa, espresso, rich caramel, and nutty toffee. Smooth, soft, and intense.

Can pour from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. It's a hazy dark brown/mahogany with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, massive 5-finger light brown foamy head (did somebody shake this up?) with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is earthy/woody/grainy roasted malt with minerals. Taste is lightly bitter/tart earthy/woody malts with rye, barley, general graininess and mild offsetting sweet toffee. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, didn't love it at first but it grew on me as the pint wore on.
