C’est parti pour un voyage gustatif, direction la Nouvelle-Zélande, avec une DDH IPA chargée en Nelson Sauvin & Superdelic Cryo. Une robe trouble et un nez tropical à en faire frémir les amateurs de haze. Des notes d’agrumes, zestées, de kumquat et de yuzu, le tout surmonté par une légère amertume, ça se descend vite et fort !

CBH2025. Hazy golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary, mild peachy and a bit herbal tones with some mild grainy tones. Flavour is floral, peachy, some citrus, pineapple and mid herbal tones with some guava too. Refreshing.

Smooth, slightly tropical fruity with some citrus and pine, hints of floral notes. Okay but a bit stuffy

Can shared. Hazy golden with very big white head. Kiwi, pineapple, oats, gooseberries, wheat, sweet orange flowers. Sugary sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. A bit sweet but otherwise very nice.
