We took the same blend of apples used in the traditional Apple Wine to press for this wine. Apples and sugary sweetness come together for a strong-scented nose. The wine is complex and full-bodied as it begins with sweet apple and finishes with the unique tartness known only to apples.
It is a perfect finish to any meal. Serve slightly chilled.

sampled at the cidery - Pours clear golden with an aroma of rich, ripe apples and some alcohol, which isn’t surprising at 16%. The flavor is of rich, sweet apples and has a significant alcohol kick that helps dry out the finish. It’s sweet without being syrupy. Yes, it’s 16%, but it is not an ice cider. I was told at the time that an ice cider was planned. I wonder when it will be ready? Anyway, this cider is excellent and I took a bottle home.
