This wine is complex and creative as it begins as a sweet, delicate black raspberry and gradually moves into a rich berry body and into a semi-dry, honey finish.

sampled at the cidery - This honey wine starts with a nice raspberry aroma with a touch of honey. The flavor is dry with the berries apparent but minimal honey taste. It finishes dry too and overall is an enjoyable wine.
