Bottle. Clear pale champagne coloured with tiny white head. Aroma is apple, fruit and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, medium dry, little sweet, little citric, little white wine and little sulfur.

[9/18/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Memory ratings of the stolen notepad #15: Bottle at Koma F in Berlin. Green apples and a bit of sulphur. Sourish with light sweetness. Quite clean and drinkable.
