28-02-19 // bottle at Oblomov in Berlin Kreuzkölln. Clear golden. Light bodied. Apple juice sparkling. Low sweetness. Sessionable.

Flasche (33 cl) von Töpper, Berlin-Moabit. - Goldgelb, klar, bierähnliche starke Schaumbildung. - Geruch streng herb-säuerlich mit einem deutlichen Hauch von Muff und Moder. - Im Antrunk unerwartet süß mit apfelsaftähnlicher fruchtiger Süße, wozu die deutliche kellerig-weinige Note nicht so recht passen will. Durchschnittlich rezent. Mittlere Herbe. - Etwas unausgegorener Apfelwein, herb und süß zugleich aber etwas plump. (Verkostung:2.2.2015.)

33 cl clear bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with no lasting head. Aroma is crisp apples zesty. Smooth fruity, zesty and dry apples. Lingering crisp fruity finish.

Fruchtig süffiger Antrunk, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Deutlich fruchtig bleibend, im Vergleich zum classic aber schneller abflachend, dafür etwas herber. Das Classic überzeugt mehr. 8/9/9/9/9/9

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Getränk mit sehr wenig Schaum. Geruch leicht nach vergorenen Äpfeln. Geschmack nach leicht säuerlichen Äpfeln, fruchtig, erfrischend.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass. [ As OBC Original Berliner Cidre Strong ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin, sweet, green apples, dry white wine - sulphur. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple skin, green apple, light artificial. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130629]

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour with no head. Aroma is apple, yeast, sugar. Flavour is apple, yeast, sugar, fruit, sourness. Ordinary cider.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear pale yellow without head. Aroma is dry, green apples and white wine. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 290613
