Cornish Arvor is golden red, a lovely refreshing ale. This beer was developed to have a light quaffable beer, that was not overly floral but still had distinctive hop notes with some malt complexity. Arvor is Cornish for Coast.

4/10/2018. Bottle bought during a visit to Cornwall. Poured golden amber with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, caramel and fruit. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, straw - hay, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130405]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with a white head. Caramellish cardboard aroma. Medium body, low in carbonation, somewhat oxidized, caramel and nuts with hardly any bitterness. 050413
