330ml bottle [light gusher!]. Jet black colour with huge (huge!), frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, dark sulphureous to beige head. Caramel and dark malty aroma, hints of chocolate, dark chocolate, cocoa, treacle and liquorice, weak smoky overtones with aspects of tar, soot, very light, yeasty bretty hints of infection with a touch of blueberry. Taste is slightly dry, dark malty and slightly ashy, smoky, minimally yeasty fruity, subtle tartness, hints of dark chocolate, coal ashes, a weak touch of blueberry. Slightly oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Initially a bit harsh, gains quality after decantation - nice.
