Cask (O'Neill's, Uppsala) - Copper in colour. Biscuity and malty aroma. The taste is malty with notes of rye bread, caramel and biscuity malt.

Tried at the Three Horsshoes, Waddington. Golden to Amber colour with a white head. Fruity berry aroma. Taste,iThe sweet with a mid to long bitter finish.

Cask (gravity) @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet fruit, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121204]

Cask-conditioned at the South Wales Beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol 8/11/2012. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Well balanced best bitter, with a touch of hedgerow fruit, crisp cereal malts and a lingering, bitter finish. Very good.
