Bottled. A pale brown beer with a light tan head. The aroma is malty with light notes of nuts - boring. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as hints of nuts, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light - and the beer is uninspiring.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear dark amber with an off-white head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and roasted malts. Medium body, sweet roasted malt, caramel and some metal. Some balancing dry hoppiness. Appears bottom fermented? 251210

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is light spiced and roasted malt. Slight metallic first flavour impression, mild caramel and vague spiced. Breadish to caramelish finish, more bitter and dry than any sweetness.
