Cloudy dark amber color; small head. Light caramel aroma, with a trace of yeast. Ordinary body strength; caramel flavor, dry in the front and sweeter later, with a hint of darker malts, very light fruit touch and traces of hazelnuts. Quite strong bitterness. The final shows a pleasant sweet caramel.
Overall, correctly brewed and balanced, without excitement.
This is the last beer of the trio from this brewery; they are all correctly brewed. We expect now something more than the ubiquitous triad Blanche-Blonde-Ambrée

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spices, leading to a dry and spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Some roast, caramel and a whiff of phenols. Medium body, caramellish, skewed fruity with a metalic touch. Some dryish hops in the finish - with a late licorice touch. 261010
