On tap. Clear yellow, no head. Dry aroma of apples and a little sulphur. Distinctly dry and sour apple notes. Sour all the way through the far finish. 160709

From tap at Ginnheimer Wirtshaus. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry and slight acidic apples. Quite dry and crisp apple fruity flavoured. Nice acidity and towards a light tartness. Ends dry.
