Flavors are spicy, ginger, sage. Light initial malt sweetness. Finishes dry. Very phenolicly spicy. Lively bubbles, very dry finish.

Draft in Carlsbad. A hazy light golden beer with a white head. The aroma malty combined with light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with lighter notes of straw and citrus.

From tap at Carlsbad. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light wheaty and estery aroma. Flavour is medium dry and estery. Mix of wheat and yeasty esters. Ends semi dry and estery.
