Draft. A hazy pinkish beer with a thin white head. The aroma has strong notes of raspberries. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and raspberries, leading to a slightly tart finish. I’m not that fond of the combination of Hefeweizen and raspberries.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy to murky pink/orange with no head. Wheaty and raspberry fruity aroma. Fruity, crisp and light citric flavoured. Nice raspberry note from back of the nose mixed with estery flavours. Finish is nice fruity and bitter to citric.

On tap. Pours a hazy pink with a small off-white head. Distinct raspberry aroma. Light body, sweet raspberry notes and a little yeastiness. Somewhat unclean underlying notes. The finish is dry. 060709
