Draft. A light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw as well as lighter notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt, straw, and lemon, leading to a dry finish where the notes of straw and lemon lingers.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Light fruity apple aroma. Light grassy and solid dry bitter flavoured. Crisp subdued fruity touch. Ends dry and bitter, simple and refreshing.
