Oululainen suudelma. Rooster pubin talon olut. Tämä on jo 3. kerta kun tehdään nimikko-olutta Roosterille, joten jotain on tehty oikein. Roosterin rosterihan on täynnänsä laatua eikä heidän hanahuoneeseen pääse "ihan jees olut" -filosofialla. Reseptin inspiraatioita on haettu aina New Englandia myöten. Sameahko, mehuista ja reipas. Tahdikkaan viipyilevä sekä hyviä ideoita kirvoittava.

Draught@Rooster, Oulu. Hazy deep orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet floral tones with grass, zest and some mild floral tones to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary tones wiith mild wood and some slight citrus tones. Mild toffee in the finish.
