Taste from a can at James'. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow color, with a medium, bubbly, white head. The aroma is spruce, juniper, and heavy rose. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild bitterness. Medium body, with a syrupy, acidic mouthfeel. Solid and sharp.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow/orange with a small white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some malt and tropical fruit. The same in the taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

32oz growler pours with an opaque straw gold body that has copper hues and supports a full light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting smooth tangelo, mango and cantaloupe with a mild spicy hoppiness in the background. The taste delivers a blend of bitter tangerine, grapefruit and kind of pineapple as well as juicy tangelo, mango and cantaloupe. This attains a pleasing hoppy balance and depth. At the edge of the experience are some wafer thin threads of spicy faintly garlic and floral like hops. Solid NE IPA rendition.
