The aroma offers up juicy smelling tangelo and then tangerine with a light floral note in there as well. The taste delivers spicy hop bitterness and then quickly gets into juicy tangerine like notes. This is about the juiciest Cascade hop beer I can remember ever having. About midway a modest floral note joins in. Into the finish the malty base comes to the surface with cracker and a dash of biscuit creating a terrific counter to this hop forward experience. Just a solid Pale and the Cascade is delicious.
