Cask (gravity) @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, acidic fruity - candy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
