The aroma offers up some tart acidic citrus, a pear to peach fruitiness and then a bready cracker like sensation rimmed with salt. This will work. The taste delivers a refreshing restrained acidic citrus like tartness flowing quickly into a thin sweet river of pear like fruity esters. To midway the salt and cracker breadiness comes forward. Into the finish a mild funky yeast note is noticed blending into a lingering fruity ester sweetness that takes something away from the experience. Still this is a refreshing thirst quenching beer when it’s over 105F like today.
