Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma offers up sweetness and Belgian yeast spiciness as well as thin soft citrus and tropical fruity hoppiness. The taste delivers pretty crisp mango and tangerine hoppiness amid the sugary sweet malts and spicy Belgian yeastiness. It’s crisp and rich and sweet too creating a pleasing balance. I’m really digging the hop forwardness for this style. It works well.
