Condition Black

Poured up on tap at AZ Strong Beer Fest 2016 where it exhibits a nice dark mahogany colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted malts blended with earthy and slightly dank spicy hops and then a pleasing chocolate note toward the end of the draw. The taste delivers dark roasted to almost burnt malts as well as chocolate malt notes blended with some earth spicy hops and a nice grassy almost resiny hoppiness. To midway the chocolate bubbles to the surface and makes an attempt at taking over the flavor amid mild hoppy nuances heading into the finish. Really nice Black IPA.
