32oz growler pours with a clear pure copper body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up plenty of various Belgian spicy yeast notes and apricot and peach like esters and then some light peppery notes at the end of the draw. The taste is neat as the Belgian spicy yeast notes, apple, peach and apricot fruity esters and black pepper flavors blend into a balanced tasty experience. Toward midway and into the finish a modest citrus hoppiness and thin smooth sweet malts come to the surface to provide further balance and depth. Pretty nice but I prefer bigger hops and less of a Belgian ale influence.
